Hellingly HoundDogs Youth American Football Club is holding its annual AGM to elect a new Committee for the 2019/20 season. All parents of playing members are invited to attend the meeting, to ask questions of the current Committee, elect a new Committee as well as approving the club account and previous years AGM’s minutes. We ask that all parents please try and attend. Agenda and minutes will be emailed to parents a week prior to the date. Full job descriptions for volunteer roles will be published on our website 3 weeks prior to AGM.

The AGM will take place in the clubhouse at Horsebridge Rec,  the home of the HoundDogs on Tuesday the 23rd of July, starting at 7:30 sharp. We would like to thank the cricket section for allowing us to you the clubhouse on the 23rd.

Only parents and players along with social members are allowed to attend the AGM as per club rules.
